Green Building Council

For many years now, the Del Conca Group has employed manufacturing processes that are able to respect the ecosystem, and now one of its primary goals is its commitment to research and innovation in order to offer materials for paving and wall tiles that give builders the possibility to achieve LEED Certification, which attests to the building’s environmental sustainability and increases its value. The parameters to achieve LEED certification were established by the association US GBC (Green Building Council), born in the United States in 1993. GBC Italy, of which Del Conca is a member, sets the Italian guidelines for engineers, architects, professionals and the entire industry community, aiming for widespread distribution of so-called “green buildings.” As it shares these goals, the Del Conca Group has decided to be an involved and proactive part of GBC Italy, dedicating highly qualified human resources and its consolidated experience in the creation of products that respect the environment we live in.
