Social Responsability

In celebration of its first 30 years, Ceramica del Conca has given itself two important gifts.  Firstly, it became founding member of Green Building Council Italy, whose goal is to offer eco-friendly  materials that enable builders to achieve LEED Certification, which attests to the social, environmental and economic sustainability of the buildings and increases the value of the finished work. All of this is in the same renewed spirit of assuming social responsibility that led the company to take a stake in the Banca Etica – Eticredito. The second gift is the construction of a house that will welcome 50 children, orphans of the Tsunami in Medan, Indonesia, which will be completed within 2009.
